MBE closed FY2021 with €1.01 bln (US$1.2 bln) of System Wide Sales.

MBE Worldwide (“MBE”) is a leading commerce enablement platform providing e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, marketing and print solutions to SMBs and consumers. 

MBE closed FY2021 with €1.01 bln (US$1.2 bln) of System Wide Sales – generated through its platform of 2,900+ Service Centers in 53 Countries, operating under different brands: Mail Boxes Etc., PostNet, PACK & SEND, AlphaGraphics and Multicopy – and €24 bln (US$28.5 bln) of Gross Merchandise Value traded through its PrestaShop platform. 

 

In 2021 MBE successfully concluded several strategic acquisitions including PrestaShop, PACK & SEND, Multicopy and the purchase of the MBE UK & Ireland licensee business. Furthermore, the group opened 208 New Service Centers globally and signed two new Master License (ML) Agreements – Bulgaria and Jordan – and a Trademark License Agreement in Timor-Leste, thus expanding its global platform into new territories.

Finally we kept investing in our technology to ensure best-in-class customer journeys and smooth operations across all our countries.” adds Fiorelli. 

 

Additionally, first months of 2022 are confirming the growth trends we experienced in 2021. This performance speaks to the value of the high-quality solutions that the MBE platform offers, both in the e-commerce and B2B market.
